Our client was intending to set up a centralized and on-demand laundry service that will completely change the way the world does their laundry.


The vision is to provide a technology led and eco-friendly laundry option available to everyone.
Subscribers can have their laundry picked up, washed, dried, and folded without ever leaving their home.

The Problem

  1. This startup had capital constraints to set up their own laundry service, delivery and the technology solution. 
  2. The startup reached out to Impekable to build an end-end mobile platform over a 12 month period with the first facility in mid-west. 

The Solution

  1. Business and product strategy by adopting a lean approach that will generate ROI faster
  2. Based on research (primary and secondary) and sound financial analysis by Impekable, a revised business solution was developed where
    1. Strategy was reset from building facility to acquiring facility
    2. Product Strategy was pivoted from Mobile App first to Web app first
    3. The first launch was brought forward from 12 months to 3 months
